What is the true cost of the new Twins stadium?

$2,3000,000 to make the downtown garbage incinerator next to the new stadium less offensive while doing nothing about the deadly poison it spews onto fans.

$3,000,000 to allow traffic to flow or gridlock in both directions on Hennepin and 1st Avenue. It was about 30 years ago the decision was made to convert Hennepin and 1st Avenue to one way streets to accommodate higher traffic flow. Did the amount of traffic coming from places not serviced by taxpayer subsidized public transportation to downtown Minneapolis decrease that much?
