Many restaurants and bars have gotten behind in their sales tax payments in our current economy. Minnesota statute 207C.725 allows the posting of the names of the establishments that serve liquor or beer and are ten days or more delinquent in either filing a tax return or paying sales and some other tax types. Click here to view the list. If a place you like is on the list you can help them by frequenting their establishment. It's always fun to eat out!
