    The war on crime, the war on drugs and the war on terror. The Minneapolis Police are fighting a war and it would seem every common citizen in Minneapolis is an enemy combatant to them. They have been armed with fully automatic machine guns to fight the war, some of them are even equipped with silencers. They have used these weapons of war against the common citizens of Minneapolis and in one case they even used a MP-5 machine gun on one of their own.

    From 2005 to 2009 Minneapolis has paid out about $11,000,000 to settle police department lawsuits and there is still many pending that have yet to be settled. Several local news outlets have videos of police brutalizing common citizens in Minneapolis on their web sites. Communities United Against Police Brutality is a website that lists many Minneapolis police officers and complainants against them. Minneapolis does have a civilian review authority also called the CRA. The CRA forwards complaints to the Minneapolis Police Internal Affairs where for the most part the complaints are ignored.
