Minneapolis likes to spend money on many frivolous things that have nothing to do with Government while taxing businesses out of the city. Instead of maintaining the 100 year old water supply system Minneapolis Mayor Rybak is spending $50,000 each on some drinking fountains. For more information on the drinking fountains click here.
